Op een industriële werf komt alles samen: techniek, mensen en de drive om vooruit te gaan.

Als Werfleider E&I / Automatisatie zorg jij dat het werkt.

Je staat dagelijks op de werf en zorgt dat projecten vlot vooruitgaan. Van Oil & Gas tot pharma en voedingsindustrie: jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt mensen aan en zorgt dat kwaliteit en veiligheid nooit uit het oog verloren worden.

Op de werf weten mensen één ding: als jij er bent, komt het goed.

Wat je gaat doen:

Op de werf ben jij degene die de lijnen uitzet.

Je coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten op de werf

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor elektriciens, onderaannemers en de klant

Je stuurt je eigen team en partners aan en bewaart het overzicht

⚡ Je leest elektrische schema’s en zorgt dat alles technisch klopt

Je ziet erop toe dat vergunningen en veiligheidsregels in orde zijn

Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en rendement

Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en denkt vooruit wanneer er uitdagingen opduiken

Je voelt je thuis op een werf en neemt vanzelf verantwoordelijkheid.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een technisch diploma en minstens 5 jaar werfervaring, waarvan minimaal 2 jaar in een leidinggevende rol.

Een VCA-attest heb je op zak en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels of Frans is een plus.

  • Je brengt structuur en overzicht op de werf
  • Je communiceert helder met arbeiders, onderaannemers en klanten
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en anticipeert op problemen
  • Je weet hoe je een team motiveert en vooruit laat gaan
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer de druk stijgt
