The posting

Voor een uitdagend project in Amsterdam (Nederland) zijn wij bij Theo Boons op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren Werfleider die de dagelijkse leiding op de werf op zich neemt.

Als werfleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens de vooropgestelde planning worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiding, onderaannemers, leveranciers en het uitvoeringsteam. Als werfleider verwachten we dat je 5 dagen per week aanwezig bent op de werf. Omdat het project zich in Amsterdam bevindt en dit praktisch en comfortabel te maken, wordt er vanuit het bedrijf een verzorgde accommodatie voorzien.

Wat houdt de job in:

  • Communicatie met externen/aanspreekpunt op de werf
  • Dagelijkse leiding en opvolging van de werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Opvolgen van de planning en deadlines
  • Controleren van de voortgang, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de werken
  • Technische plannen en schema’s interpreteren
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van materiaal en benodigde hulpmiddelen
  • Problemen en technische knelpunten tijdig signaleren en oplossen
  • Communiceren met projectleiders, klanten, aannemers en andere bouwpartners
  • Organiseren en bijwonen van werfvergaderingen

Soft skills als werfleider:

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot kunnen samenwerken met verschillende partijen
  • Goed georganiseerd en sterk in het plannen en opvolgen van werkzaamheden
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in technische installaties
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht
  • In staat om het overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook een team kunnen aansturen en motiveren
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften

Professionele bachelor elektromechanica/ energietechnologie of ervaring als werfleider HVAC op klasse 8 projecten is een must.
