Jobomschrijving

  • Als Werfleider infra neem je de dagelijkse leiding over toegewezen werven van de voorbereidende fase tot en met de oplevering.
  • De organisatie, coördinatie en controle van de werkzaamheden liggen bij jou, zodat ploegen, onderaannemers, leveranciers en materiaal efficiënt samenwerken.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en stuurt tijdig bij wanneer omstandigheden op de werf daarom vragen.
  • Door regelmatig af te stemmen met opdrachtgevers, partners en andere betrokken partijen houd je de communicatie helder en de voortgang zichtbaar.
  • Een nauwe samenwerking met interne diensten ondersteunt je bij de voorbereiding, administratie, aankoop en praktische opvolging van de projecten.
  • Veiligheid krijgt een vaste plaats in je aanpak: je ziet toe op correcte werkmethodes en stimuleert een zorgvuldige uitvoering op de werf.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectleider en houdt die op de hoogte van de planning, resultaten, aandachtspunten en eventuele risico’s.
  • Met de nodige autonomie organiseer je jouw werven zelfstandig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een resultaat waarop alle betrokken partijen kunnen bouwen.
  • Een professionele bachelor Bouw, een master in de bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring vormt een goede basis voor deze functie.
  • Je brengt bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring mee in een vergelijkbare rol binnen infrastructuur, wegenbouw, openbare werken of een aanverwante bouwomgeving.
  • Een geldig VCA-attest is vereist, omdat veilig en bewust werken een essentieel onderdeel vormt van je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol met verschillende gesprekspartners; die sociale vaardigheid helpt je om samenwerking op de werf vlot te laten verlopen en verwachtingen tijdig af te stemmen.
  • Een resultaatgerichte, nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak combineer je met initiatief en probleemoplossend vermogen, zodat je ook bij onverwachte situaties overzicht houdt en beslissingen neemt.
