Als werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten op de werf en zorgen dat werkzaamheden logisch op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Aansturen van ploegen, onderaannemers en andere partners met aandacht voor duidelijke afspraken.
  • Bewaken van planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit gedurende de volledige uitvoering.
  • Overleggen met projectleiding, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers om technische en praktische zaken tijdig af te stemmen.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en zoeken naar haalbare oplossingen die de voortgang van het project ondersteunen.
  • Opvolgen van vorderingen, administratie en relevante werfdocumentatie.

Profiel

Als werfleider zoeken we iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma biedt een goede basis, ongeacht de specifieke studierichting.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen de bouwsector zorgen ervoor dat je de realiteit van een werf begrijpt.
  • Organisatietalent en technisch inzicht helpen je om verschillende werkzaamheden tegelijk te overzien.
  • Duidelijke communicatie maakt het mogelijk om uiteenlopende partijen efficiënt op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen past perfect binnen deze functie.
