  • Als Werfleider weekend organiseer en coördineer je de werkzaamheden op een grootschalige staalbouwwerf in Vilvoorde, met bijzondere aandacht voor de voortgang tijdens de weekends.
  • Je stemt de planning af met de hoofdwerfleider, projectleider en andere bouwplaatscoördinatoren, zodat verschillende werfzones en activiteiten vlot op elkaar aansluiten.
  • De dagelijkse opvolging van arbeiders, onderaannemers en partners ligt mee in jouw handen. Je zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken, een efficiënte werkverdeling en een goede bezetting.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en grijpt tijdig in wanneer technische, organisatorische of praktische bijsturing nodig is.
  • Als aanspreekpunt op de werf onderhoud je transparante contacten met de uitvoerende teams, partners, opdrachtgevers en inspecteurs.
  • Veilig werken staat voorop: je controleert of procedures worden nageleefd, bespreekt risico’s met de betrokkenen en neemt actie wanneer de omstandigheden daarom vragen.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang, knelpunten en gemaakte afspraken, zodat de projectleiding ook buiten het weekend over correcte informatie beschikt.
  • Door rustig overzicht te bewaren en helder richting te geven, help je het team om ook binnen een complexe werkomgeving kwalitatief en volgens planning vooruitgang te boeken.

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een bouwkundige of technische richting, bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde, mechanica of elektromechanica, of je compenseert dit door relevante ervaring op een staalbouw- of infrastructuurwerf.
  • Met 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in werfopvolging, staalbouw, civiele bouw of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving begrijp je de impact van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de uitvoering.
  • Organiseren, prioriteiten bepalen en verschillende partijen op één lijn brengen behoren tot je sterke punten. Dat is essentieel om tijdens weekends zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en de continuïteit van de werken te bewaken.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol met diverse gesprekspartners. Je aanpak is doortastend wanneer nodig, maar steeds gericht op samenwerking en een werkbare oplossing.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een functie met weekendwerk, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op de werf en blijft ook bij onverwachte situaties gestructureerd, veiligheidsbewust en oplossingsgericht.
