The posting

Als Werfleider sta je zelfstandig in voor de volledige realisatie van jouw projecten op de industrie site, al was het je eigen bedrijfje. (Je hebt bij ons dan ook geen 6 werven tegelijk waar je vooral brandjes blust en alleen maar in de auto zit). Je analyseert het dossier of de opdracht samen met je Projectleider/ collega werfleider, stelt mee de gezamenlijke planning op, weet je rendementen te halen, bewaakt de kosten en stelt tijdig je afrekeningen op samen met de afrekenaar.

Aangezien we hier ‘in de privé’ werken , adviseer jij onze opdrachtgevers op technisch gebied en staan zij ook open voor jouw vakkennis en nieuwe innovatieve ideeën wat de job voor jou extra boeiend maakt.

Je beschikt over je eigen vaste ervaren ATF-ploeg(en) om je werken uit te voeren. ATF werkt met eigen modern materieel & gereedschap waar je samen met je ATF-collega’s over beschikt.

Jouw werf is gelegen in de Antwerpse haven. Je bent dus elke avond op tijd thuis.

  • Je prioriteit is jouw opdracht tot volledige tevredenheid van je klant uit te voeren, samen met jouw eigen team.
  • Veiligheidsattitude zit in jouw DNA
  • Als Werfleider bezit je leidinggevende en organisatorische competenties. Je overlegt graag met je directe collega werfleiders om zo een synergie te vormen en het beste uit je werforganisatie te halen.
  • Je kunt vlot om met de PC en je werkt vlot met programma’s van MS Office.
  • Je bent methodisch, nauwkeurig, proactief, zelfstandig en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je hebt als Werfleider een diploma graduaat bouw, industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Het is een troef als je beschikt over 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • VCA attest (of bereid dit te behalen)

  • Je woont in de regio van Antwerpen-Noord, Antwerpen Linker Oever en omliggende gemeentes, of Zeeland (NL), West Brabant (NL) en Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (NL)
