Als Werkorganisator in de werkvoorbereiding houd jij de regie over planning, kwaliteit en voortgang, zodat bewoners, uitvoerders en partners kunnen rekenen op een soepel proces. In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je werkt aan onderhouds-, renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in de bestaande bouw en zorgt dat ieder detail klopt, van opname tot oplevering. Jij ziet wat nodig is, denkt vooruit en schakelt snel wanneer de praktijk iets anders vraagt dan de tekening. - Voorbereiden en organiseren van renovatie- en verduurzamingswerkzaamheden; - Opnemen van werkzaamheden op locatie en vertalen naar een haalbare aanpak; - Bewaken van planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten; - Afstemmen met uitvoerder, projectleider, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Signaleren van knelpunten en komen tot praktische oplossingen. Je werkt met meerdere projecten tegelijk en houdt het overzicht zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen. Dankzij jouw zorgvuldigheid, overtuigingskracht en resultaatgerichte aanpak blijft het project in beweging en weten alle betrokkenen waar ze aan toe zijn.
