Over de functie Als werkorganisator A (junior werkvoorbereider) ondersteun je het projectteam bij de technische voorbereiding van grote, complexe bouwprojecten. Je leert hoe je werkplannen opstelt, informatie verzamelt en verwerkt, en hoe je verschillende disciplines met elkaar verbindt. Je staat voor jezelf ontwikkelen in de rol: stap voor stap groei je in verantwoordelijkheid, zelfstandigheid en technische diepgang. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's die je begeleiden, uitdagen en meenemen in de wereld van grootschalige utiliteitsbouw. Zo bouw je niet alleen aan projecten, maar ook aan je eigen vakmanschap. Als werkorganisator sta je onder andere voor: - Je verdiepen in technische vraagstukken en details; je vindt het leuk om dingen écht te begrijpen. - Het organiseren van informatie en het ondersteunen van de werkvoorbereiding; jij zorgt dat alles klopt en op tijd beschikbaar is. - Samenwerken binnen een groot projectteam; je leert van specialisten en draagt actief bij aan het projectresultaat. - Jezelf ontwikkelen in de rol; je pakt nieuwe taken op, vraagt door en groeit elke dag een beetje verder. Bij J.P. van Eesteren werk je mee aan de meest iconische projecten.
