Ambulante Onsite Support/Werkplekbeheerder (2) - DICTU Wij zoeken een Ambulant Onsite Support Medewerker / Werkplekbeheerder voor de regio Noord/Oost, met als hoofdstandplaats Assen . Je staat centraal voor de eindgebruiker en bent samen met collega's verantwoordelijk voor optimale ondersteuning op verschillende klantlocaties. - Oplossen van storingen aan laptops, smartphones, tablets en werkplekvoorzieningen - Uitgifte en installatie van apparatuur aan nieuwe gebruikers - Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden en CMDB-registraties (circa 50% van de werkzaamheden) - Oplossen van urgente incidenten, waaronder LAN/WAN-gerelateerde incidenten - Ondersteunen vanuit ICT-servicebalies - Eindgebruikers actief op de hoogte houden van de voortgang - Bieden van VIP‑support aan een selecte groep eindgebruikers - Verhuizen en inrichten van werkplekken - Beantwoorden van gebruikersvragen en geven van instructies - Uitvoeren van projectmatige werkzaamheden Werklocatie en werktijden - Ambulante functie met ondersteuning op locaties in Drenthe, Friesland, Groningen, Flevoland, Overijssel en Gelderland - Vaste servicebalies onder meer in Assen, Zwolle en Groningen - Flexibele inzet binnen maximaal 2 uur autorijden vanaf de hoofdstandplaats - Uren per week: 40 uur (rooster van 5 x 8 uur per week) - Parttime niet mogelijk; offsite/thuiswerken niet mogelijk - Incidenteel kan overwerk gevraagd worden - Minimaal een afgerond MBO ICT-diploma niveau 3 - ITIL Foundation v3 of nieuwer gecertificeerd - In het bezit van rijbewijs B - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare onsite support ervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar binnen een grote en complexe beheer- of klantomgeving van meer dan 500 medewerkers - Minimaal 2 jaar recente en aantoonbare ervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar met het zelfstandig draaien van een ICT-balie op klantvestigingen - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met recente Windows-versies, Office 365, Microsoft Intune en TOPdesk - Aantoonbare ...
