Dauer: 3 bis 6 Monate

Start: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung des Global People Development Teams bei konzeptionellen und administrativen Aufgaben

* Kennenlernen von Prozessen und Herausforderungen im operativen und administrativen People Development

* Mitwirkung bei HR-Upskilling-Projekten, insbesondere durch die Erstellung von Online Learning Nuggets

* Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Organisation und operativen Durchführung von Trainings und Seminaren

* Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und externen Trainingsanbietern

Ihr Profil:

* Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR, Medien & IT, Sozial- oder Verhaltenswissenschaften) mit Interesse an Personalentwicklung und HR-Themen

* Hohe Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität

* Dynamische, aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Organisationsgeschick

* Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
