Unica Zwolle zoekt een ambitieuze werkvoorbereider die verder wil groeien. In deze rol zorg jij dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden strak georganiseerd zijn, terwijl je je ontwikkelt richting contractbeheerder . Je houdt overzicht, stemt alles op elkaar af en zorgt dat uitvoering, planning en klantverwachtingen naadloos aansluiten. Jouw uitdaging als werkvoorbereider Als werkvoorbereider organiseer je het beheer en onderhoud van de technische installaties voor een grote GGZ-organisatie. In de regio zijn dit circa 40 eigendomslocaties en 150 huurlocaties, variërend van monument tot nieuwbouw. De techniek is divers en complex: W en E installaties, meet- & regeltechniek en specialistische systemen zoals liften, deuren, sprinkler en grootkeukeninstallaties. Je belangrijkste taken: - Opstellen en bewaken van onderhoudsplanningen en voortgang - Inventariseren van installaties en vertalen naar onderhouds- en vervangingsbehoeften - Coördineren en aansturen van servicemonteurs en onderaannemers - Tijdig organiseren van materialen, middelen en afstemming met klanten - Behandelen van klantvragen, uitwerken van technische oplossingen (incl. calculaties), rapportages en signaleren van verbeterkansen Ambitie & doorgroei In deze rol draait het niet alleen om controle over het onderhoud, maar ook om jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling . Je krijgt volop kans om door te groeien naar contractbeheerder , met een gezonde mix van eigen initiatief en begeleiding. Dit betekent dat je: - Inzicht ontwikkelt in contractafspraken, prestaties en KPI's - Samen met de contractmanager stuurt op kwaliteit, voortgang, klanttevredenheid en financieel resultaat - Met concrete verbetervoorstellen komt voor processen, dienstverlening en samenwerking - Steeds vaker aanspreekpunt wordt...
