Als Werkvoorbereider werk je mee aan de Oosterweelverbinding: een van de meest indrukwekkende infrastructuurprojecten van het land. Geen doorsnee werf dus. Hier combineer je techniek, planning en organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat complexe werkzaamheden ook écht uitvoerbaar worden.

Je denkt vooruit, spot mogelijke knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerp en uitvoering perfect op elkaar aansluiten.

Cordeel is een familiebedrijf met stevige ambities. We bouwen niet alleen gebouwen en infrastructuur, maar zoeken voortdurend naar manieren om slimmer, sneller en duurzamer te werken.

Voor dit project maken we deel uit van ROCO, het consortium dat in opdracht van Lantis werkt aan de Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding. Samen met verschillende grote spelers uit de Belgische bouwsector realiseren we onder andere de Kanaaltunnels en de nieuwe Ring.

Een technisch huzarenstukje? Absoluut. Precies daarom hebben we jou nodig.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Vertaal ontwerpen naar technisch haalbare en efficiënte uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Analyseer werkmethodes en zoek naar slimme optimalisaties.
  • Stem af met ontwerpteams, uitvoering, leveranciers en projectleiding.
  • Coördineer planning, logistiek en de inzet van materieel.
  • Vraag offertes op, vergelijk voorstellen en ondersteun de contractering van onderaannemers.
  • Volg uitvoering, voortgang, kosten en administratie nauwgezet op.
  • Denk actief mee over veiligheid en werk mee aan risicoanalyses en veiligheidsplannen.
  • Grijp in wanneer iets beter, slimmer of efficiënter kan.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij hebt:

  • Een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen civiele bouw en bij voorkeur minstens twee relevante projecten op de teller.
  • Sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht.
  • Het vermogen om structuur te brengen in een complexe projectomgeving.
  • Een zeer goede talenkennis Nederlands.

Jij bent:

  • Iemand die vooruitdenkt in plaats van achter de feiten aan te lopen.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en goed in het bewaken van verschillende deadlines tegelijk.
  • Communicatief en graag in contact met verschillende disciplines.
  • Proactief, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig ownership neemt.
