Dan is deze functie als Werkvoorbereider precies wat je zoekt. In deze rol werk je aan slimme, maatwerk technische oplossingen voor cliënten met specifieke mobiliteitsvragen. Je bent de schakel achter de schermen die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt: van materialen en documentatie tot planning en kwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers en collega's in een technisch, gedreven team waar vakmanschap en kwaliteit centraal staan. The job - Voorbereiden, controleren en documenteren van adaptation-orders en projecten; - Monitoren van voorraden en tijdig bestellen van de juiste onderdelen; - Berekenen van kostprijzen en inschatten van benodigde materialen; - Bewaken van de planning van maatwerkorders; - Verzamelen en verwerken van technische informatie volgens MDR- en ISO 13485-richtlijnen; - Aanmaken en beheren van artikelen (incl. kostprijzen en vertalingen) voor gestandaardiseerde adaptations; - Signaleren en aandragen van verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en collega's hierop attenderen; - Actief samenwerken en feedback geven én ontvangen binnen het team; - Up-to-date houden en uitbreiden van kennis over systemen en processen. Kortom: jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt! What it takes - MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau (bijv. werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek) of relevante HBO-certificaten; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare technische werkvoorbereidersrol; - Technisch inzicht en het kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen; - Ervaring met SolidWorks is een pré; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is mooi meegenomen; - Accuraat, zelfstandig, stressbestendig en sterk in prioriteiten stellen.
