Van offerte en calculatie tot inkoop en projectbegeleiding: jij zorgt ervoor dat het achter de schermen klopt. Voor wie ga je aan de slag? Je gaat aan de slag bij een ondernemend familiebedrijf in Zuidland dat al ruim 60 jaar actief is in de dakenbranche. Naast dakbedekking richten zij zich op renovatie, onderhoud en verduurzaming. Dit bedrijf ontwikkelt zich momenteel van traditioneel dakdekkersbedrijf naar een professionele dakpartner voor renovatie, verduurzaming, onderhoud en dakmanagement. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van het bedrijfsbureau. De organisatie is klein, de lijnen zijn kort en je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt dicht bij de directeur en krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken, initiatief te nemen en mee te groeien. Je droombaan? Als Werkvoorbereider begeleid je projecten van aanvraag tot afronding. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten en onderhoudswerkzaamheden tegelijk en schakelt veel met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
