Solliciteer nu en maak het verschil! Jouw profiel Je hebt ervaring in de bouw en weet hoe een bouwproject in elkaar steekt. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, ook als er meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen. Technische tekeningen lezen is voor jou geen probleem, en je weet precies welke materialen en technieken nodig zijn voor isolatie en installaties. Je communiceert helder met uitvoerders, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers, en je bent niet bang om knopen door te hakken als dat nodig is. Wat we van je vragen: - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, calculator of uitvoerder in de bouw of renovatie; - Kennis van verduurzamingstechnieken zoals isolatie, warmtepompen en ventilatiesystemen; - Ervaring met het lezen en uitwerken van bestekken en technische tekeningen; - Vaardigheid in planningssoftware en MS Office; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
