Iemand die ervoor zorgt dat de uitvoering precies weet waar hij aan toe is. Van technische informatie en inkoop tot planning en afstemming met bouwpartners: jij brengt alles samen. Hierbij werk je zelfstandig, maar sta je midden in het projectteam. Wat ga jij doen? Als Werkvoorbereider zorg je dat projecten technisch, organisatorisch en financieel goed voorbereid richting uitvoering gaan. Je werkt samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder en schakelt met verschillende adviseurs en bouwpartners. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - voorbereiden en inkopen van bouwonderdelen - opstellen en bewaken van planningen - aansturen van adviseurs en bouwpartners - coördineren van BIM-modellen en projectinformatie - bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten Wat bieden we jou? - € 4.550,- tot € 7.000,- bruto per maand - 25 vakantiedagen, 15 roostervrije dagen en 3 korte verzuimdagen - Leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget - Pensioen en diverse collectieve verzekeringen - Ruime opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden Bedrijfsprofiel Je gaat aan de slag bij een ontwikkelende bouwer die woningbouwprojecten realiseert in Zuid-Holland. De organisatie is plat en de lijnen zijn kort, waardoor je gemakkelijk schakelt met collega's op kantoor en de bouwplaats. Je werkt in een vast projectteam met een projectleider en uitvoerder. Bij grotere projecten wordt dit team uitgebreid met meerdere uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders. Er is veel aandacht voor samenwerking, duidelijke afspraken en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
