Bij dit familiebedrijf krijg jij de ruimte om als Medior Werkvoorbereider de regie te pakken en onze projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Als Medior Werkvoorbereider Betononderhoud ben jij de spil tussen de opdrachtgever, de projectleiding en de uitvoering buiten op de steiger. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de standaard voorbereiding, maar je denkt ook kritisch mee over de technische oplossingen bij betonherstel, vloerafwerkingen en specialistische coatings. Je bewaakt de planningen van meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd, beheert de inkoop en signaleert proactief afwijkingen in de begroting. Je bent een volwaardig sparringpartner voor de projectleider en zorgt ervoor dat onze vakmensen buiten altijd over de juiste middelen en instructies beschikken om hun werk veilig en efficiënt te doen. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Zelfstandig voorbereiden en technisch uitwerken van complexe betononderhouds- en renovatieprojecten; - Opstellen en bewaken van integrale projectplanningen en de daarbij behorende inkoop; - Controleren van tekeningen, bestekken en het opstellen van nauwkeurige werkplannen; - Bewaken van de projectbudgetten, signaleren van meer-/minderwerk en zorgdragen voor een strakke administratie; - Onderhouden van contacten met onderaannemers, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers; - Coachen van junior collega's of...
