Je stelt planningen op, coördineert werkzaamheden en stemt af met leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen. Daarnaast beheer en controleer je bouwtekeningen, documenten en projectgegevens en zorg je dat alle informatie compleet en actueel is. Tijdens het project houd je de voortgang scherp in de gaten en signaleer je knelpunten tijdig. Je legt afspraken en wijzigingen goed vast en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen om de planning en uitvoering op koers te houden. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en andere disciplines en vormt daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Een functie voor iemand die overzicht houdt, nauwkeurig werkt en graag zorgt dat uiteenlopende bouwprojecten goed georganiseerd en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd.
