In de rol van Werkvoorbereider in West-Nederland krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en speel je een sleutelrol binnen het projectteam. Vanuit ons kantoor in Dordrecht werk je aan het contract DBO (Dagelijks Beheer & Onderhoud) Wegen in de provincie Zuid-Holland. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werkvoorbereiding bij onder anderen de asfaltonderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de provinciale wegen binnen een dynamische omgeving. Je zorgt voor structuur, bewaakt de planning en houdt zicht op een veelheid aan onderhouds- en herstelactiviteiten. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht, communicatieve vaardighede n en pragmatische aanpak verlopen werkzaamheden volgens plan! De werkzaamheden lopen uiteen van kleinschalige reparaties aan het asfalt tot GO-projecten (Groot Onderhoud) waarbij de volledige wegconstructie wordt vervangen. Dit zijn integrale projecten waarin jij als werkvoorbereider verder kijkt dan het asfalt; ook raakvlakken als geleiderail, bermen, bebording, middengeleiders, inrichting van rotondes en kruispunten, kunstwerken en HWA-constructies vallen binnen de scope van het onderhoud. Bij Gebr. van der Lee ben je als werkvoorbereider niet alleen aan de 'voorkant' van een project betrokken, maar draag je vanaf de opstart tot en met de oplevering een passende mate van verantwoordelijkheid voor de begeleiding en uitvoering van het project. De planning voor deze projecten wordt opgezet vanuit de MJOP-asfalt (Meerjarenonderhoudsprogrammering). Als werkvoorbereider geef jij invulling aan de MJOP door de actuele onderhoudstoestand van de verharding in het areaal te monitoren en benodigde inspecties of metingen in te plannen.
