Je zorgt dat planningen, werkmethodieken en technische uitwerkingen klaarstaan voordat de uitvoering start, en stemt zelfstandig af met leveranciers, onderaannemers en projectpartners. De opdracht vraagt om organisatorisch inzicht, technisch vakmanschap en de capaciteit om binnen multidisciplinaire projecten vooruit te denken. Je werkt projectmatig en levert een directe bijdrage aan kwalitatieve en tijdige oplevering van infrastructurele projecten door heel Nederland. De opdracht wordt uitgevoerd door een zelfstandige professional die eigen werkwijze, middelen en planning inzet. Er is geen sprake van hiërarchische aansturing of vervanging van loondienstpersoneel. De inzet is tijdelijk en gericht op specialistische projectvoorbereiding binnen civiele, rail- en infrastructuurprojecten. De professional werkt onder eigen naam, draagt commercieel risico en hanteert een vooraf overeengekomen tarief. De werkzaamheden vallen buiten de organisatorische structuur en worden uitgevoerd binnen vooraf overeengekomen projectkaders zonder kenmerken van een arbeidsovereenkomst.
