Als Werkvoorbereider Maintenance zorg je dat het onderhoud aan de productie-installaties soepel, veilig en volgens plan verloopt. Je werkt op een grote en moderne productielocatie waar dagelijks miljoenen liters melk worden verwerkt tot hoogwaardige voedingsingrediënten en farmaceutische halffabricaten. Geen dag is hier hetzelfde - de installaties zijn complex, de techniek veelzijdig en de impact groot. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, coördineren en verbeteren van onderhoudsprogramma's en begeleidt interne en externe monteurs bij hun werkzaamheden. Samen met het onderhoudsteam zorg je voor continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit van de installaties. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen, plannen en uitvoeren van onderhoudsbeleid - Continu verbeteren van bestaande onderhoudsprocessen en werkwijzen - Coördineren en aansturen van interne en externe monteurs - Opstellen van werkpakketten, planningen en werkinstructies - Adviseren bij investeringen, vervanging en modificaties - Overleggen met productie, engineering en contractors over uitvoering en prioriteiten - Bijdragen aan projecten en verbeterinitiatieven binnen de afdeling Maintenance - Kortom: jij bent degene die zorgt dat onderhoud goed voorbereid, goed uitgevoerd én goed geborgd is.
