Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider NPI ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van nieuwe productintroducties (New Product Introduction) van fijnmechanische onderdelen en/of modules - van klantvraag tot stabiel productieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, interne afdelingen én leveranciers. Ook ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op technisch vlak, zowel in het (pré-) offertestadium als na ontvangst van de opdracht. Bij complexe maakbaarheidsvraagstukken word je door de klant al vroeg in de engineeringsfase van een product betrokken om voorstellen te doen met betrekking tot de maakbaarheid van een onderdeel. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Beoordelen van de maakbaarheid van nieuwe producten en adviseren van klanten hierover - Vertalen van klantvereisten naar een maakbaar productieproces - Borgen van het maakproces door het vastleggen en organiseren van de productieflow - Opstarten en coördineren van een multidisciplinair team om te komen tot een goede productieflow. - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen incl. planning, budget, kwaliteit en doelstellingen - Het opzetten van werkinstructies en borgen van kwaliteitsafspraken - Opstellen van offertes en het onderhouden van klantrelaties - Analyseren van data, uitvoeren van kostencalculaties en opstellen van rapportages - Signaleren van knelpunten en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen (Lean/Six Sigma) - Afstemming met leveranciers over levertijden, kwaliteit en inkoopstrategie In deze rol rapporteer je aan Tim Kuijken Hoofd bedrijfsbureau en werk je samen in projectteams met o.a. productie, kwaliteit en logistiek.
