Als Werkvoorbereider Renovatie verbind je ontwerp, planning en uitvoering en zorg je dat vakmensen met vertrouwen aan de slag kunnen. Je bent de rechterhand van de projectleider en houdt overzicht van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Met aandacht voor bewoners, opdrachtgevers en uitvoering stem je werkzaamheden zorgvuldig af en stuur je gericht op resultaat, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget. - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, werkschema's en voortgang. - Technisch uitwerken van bouwkundige, constructieve en installatietechnische werkzaamheden. - Voorbereiden van inkoop, offertes en meerwerkcalculaties. - Afstemmen met projectleiding, uitvoering, leveranciers, partners en bewoners. - Verzorgen van administratie en tijdig oplossen van knelpunten. Functie-eisen Je brengt structuur in complexe renovatieopgaven en neemt initiatief wanneer omstandigheden veranderen. Je communiceert helder, kunt inhoudelijk overtuigen en werkt nauwkeurig, zonder het gezamenlijke projectresultaat uit het oog te verliezen. Jouw aanpak laat zien dat je zorgvuldig plant, prettig samenwerkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde. - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als werkvoorbereider of engineer. - Ervaring met renovatie, verduurzaming, planning en werkvoorbereiding. - Vermogen om meerdere belangen klantgericht en oplossingsgericht te verbinden. - Bereidheid om je verder te ontwikkelen; woonachtig in Noord-Nederland is gewenst.
