Wat deze rol inhoudt

Wil je techniek combineren met planning, klantcontact en coördinatie, zonder elke dag zelf op de werf te staan? Als Werkvoorbereider Tankinstallaties zorg je dat elke installatie technisch en praktisch goed voorbereid is. Ervaring met tankinstallaties is niet nodig: met jouw technisch inzicht leer je onze installaties en werkwijze stap voor stap kennen.

• Je bereidt installatiedossiers voor van contract tot oplevering en facturatie, met aandacht voor technische gegevens, planning, documentatie en volledigheid.

• Je plant gastankinstallaties in bij externe tankplaatsingspartners en stemt timing, praktische afspraken en verwachtingen af met klanten en interne diensten.

• Je brengt de plaatsingssituatie in kaart: beschikbare informatie, voorbereidende werken, materialen, aansluitingen, keuringen en praktische aandachtspunten.

• Je volgt de voortgang actief op, lost planningsconflicten op en spreekt partners aan wanneer afspraken, timing of kwaliteit moeten worden bijgestuurd.

• Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het installatieproces en legt technische of praktische informatie duidelijk en toegankelijk uit.

• Je signaleert technische risico’s, ontbrekende informatie of afwijkingen en schakelt bij complexere dossiers de juiste technische experten in.

• Je houdt gegevens correct bij in Salesforce, Business Central en andere ERP- en CRM-systemen, zodat alle betrokken partijen met de juiste informatie werken.

Wat jij meebrengt

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur een technische bachelor of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, opgebouwd via opleiding of ervaring in bijvoorbeeld HVAC, elektromechanica, energie, bouwtechniek, werfvoorbereiding, technische planning, projectopvolging of een andere technische omgeving.

• Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben met gastankinstallaties, maar je wil wel begrijpen hoe een installatie technisch en praktisch in elkaar zit.

• Je werkt gestructureerd, bewaakt prioriteiten en houdt verschillende partijen op één lijn.

• Je communiceert helder en klantgericht in het Nederlands en Frans. Je kan klanten, collega’s en partners vlot te woord staan en praktische of technische informatie begrijpelijk uitleggen in beide talen.

• Je blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk, werkt nauwkeurig en zoekt praktisch naar oplossingen wanneer timing, informatie of uitvoering wijzigt.

• Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en bent bereid om Salesforce, Business Central en andere ERP- en CRM-systemen goed te leren gebruiken.

• Je neemt initiatief, voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je dossiers en zet door tot afspraken correct zijn uitgevoerd. Motivatie, leergierigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk als je diploma.
