- MBO - Breda Groei jij mee met Van Dijnsen? Voor onze afdeling Kort Lopende Projecten (KLP) in Breda zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider W. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de projectleider en ben je een belangrijke schakel in het realiseren van onze projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt: van planning en werkvoorbereiding tot communicatie met opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen? - Opzetten en bijhouden van materiaalplanning en projectmappen; - Opstellen van (voor-)calculaties en conceptoffertes; - Opstellen van bestellijsten en bewaken van levertijden (in overleg met logistiek); - Wekelijkse signaallijst voor de Projectleider; - Registreren en coördineren van meer-/minderwerk; - Organiseren van tussen- en eindcontroles en uitvoer van benodigde metingen; - Behandelen van klantvragen/klachten in overleg met de Projectleider; - Zorgen voor correcte VGM-documentatie en werken volgens geldende normeringen (STABU, UNETO‑VNI). Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde opleiding MBO Werktuigbouwkunde, Installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar; - 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Kennis van STABU-bestekken en UNETO‑VNI-normen is een pré; - Ervaring met of bereidheid om te werken in Syntess Atrium is een pré; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands in woord en geschrift; - Vaardig met MS Office (met name Excel).
