Healthz zoekt per direct een enthousiaste wijkverpleegkundige die ons specialistisch thuiszorgteam in Nederland voor onbepaalde tijd komt versterken. In deze functie werk je langere tijd met dezelfde cliënten, waardoor je écht een band opbouwt. Geen dagvullend rondje van cliënt naar cliënt, maar zorg met aandacht en persoonlijke betrokkenheid. Wat ga je doen? Als wijkverpleegkundige specialistische thuiszorg bied je zorg op maat bij cliënten thuis. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt echt contact met de cliënten, waardoor je hun situatie leert kennen en bij kunt dragen aan een persoonlijke en veilige zorgervaring. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, observeert, rapporteert en stemt je werkzaamheden af met collega's en andere disciplines. Wie ben jij?|| - Gediplomeerd verpleegkundige HBO - Minimaal 2 jaar gediplomeerde ervaring - Zo snel mogelijk beschikbaar - Interesse in detacheren.
