Als Unternehmensberatung gegründet treten wir hauptsächlich als IT Dienstleister auf. Das Unternehmen besteht seit 16 Jahren. Wir betreiben am Standort Wien die IT Landschaften mehrerer Kunden vor Ort und Remote.

Die Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden wird durch unser Team vollinhaltlich betreut. Unsere Kunden sind in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Transport, Lebensmittelproduktion, Objekterrichtung & Baumanagement, Beherbergung und Vorsorge tätig. Die Lokationen unserer Kunden sind in Wien, Niederösterreich, Salzburg, Tirol und Steiermark.

Eine Reisetätigkeit kommt nur sehr selten vor, es werden nach Maßgabe der Möglichkeiten Remote-Lösungen bevorzugt eingesetzt.

Der Firmensitz ist in Niederösterreich mit einer Betriebsstätte in Wien 1230. Die aktuelle Mitarbeiterzahl ist größer 8. Unser Organisation ist schlank, autodidaktisches Verhalten ist ein großes Thema im Unternehmen. 1 Windows IT Support & 1st. Level Systemadministration (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Clientsystemen mit Windows Betriebssystemen

* Useranlage im Active Directory und Applikationen

* Kundenseitige Userschulung in den Betriebssystemen und Applikationen

* Kontrolle der täglichen Datensicherungssysteme (Veeam Backup, Backup Exec)

* Freischaltungen der Useranforderungen in WLAN und LAN-Infrastruktur

* Berechtigung, GPO und Userverwaltung.

* Drucker Installation beim Client via Printserver

* Dokumentation der täglichen Arbeiten in den verschiedenen Ticketsystemen.

* Erstellung / Pflege der Infrastrukturdokumentation, Zusammenarbeit mit ext. Dienstleistern

Ihre Qualifikation:

* Selbständiges Arbeiten: Lösungsorientiert, zielorientiert, eigenverantwortlich.

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung.

* Microsoft Standard Software (MS-Exchange, MS-SQL Server, Windows Server, Windows Terminal-Server).

* Sehr hohe Genauigkeit bei der täglichen Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeiten und Kommunikation im TEAM sowie bei den täglichen Arbeiten

* Gute Erfahrung bei Client Betriebssystemen

* Kenntnisse von Citrix & MDM Lösungen von Vorteil.

* Führerschein B vorhanden

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Unser Angebot:

» Grundsätzlich MO bis DO von 8.00 bis 17.00 Uhr und FR 8.00 bis 13.30 Uhr
