Voor onze klant in Wommelgem zijn wij op zoek naar een productiemedewerker. Onze klant maakt al drie generaties heerlijke Belgische pralines op ambachtelijke wijze.

Tot uw takenpakket zal behoren:

Je assisteert en voert taken uit binnen ons productieproces. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met techniek en is het jouw grote uitdaging om het productieproces continue te willen verbeteren.

Functie/taak inhoud:

  • Zorgt voor het manueel uitkloppen van de chocolade binnen productie
  • Zorgt voor het handmatig aanbrengen van decoraties op pralines
  • Zorgt voor het sorteren van individuele ingrediënten en bodems volgens de gestelde kwaliteitsvereisten
  • Zorgt voor het kuisen van de lokalen, machines en overig productiemateriaal volgens de gestelde eisen
  • Vult indien nodig de nodige documenten aan volgens de instructies van de verantwoordelijke
  • Zorgt voor het uitvoeren van de benodigde controles in verband met kwaliteit richtlijnen.
  • Vult een machine aan met de benodigde ingrediënten
  • Bedient zelfstandig een hem/haar toegewezen machine
  • Ziet erop toe dat de machine draait zoals hij moet draaien en onderneemt gepaste actie bij voorkomende problemen
  • Zorgt voor een correcte ontvangst van de aangeleverde grondstoffen en verpakking
  • Verzorgt het manueel inwikkelen van pallets
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor het correct draaien van een of meerdere productielijnen
  • Zorgt voor de uitvoering van de smaaktesten – controleert het product op smaak
  • Als technisch medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen probleem en oplossing in ons machinepark in productie
  • Je controleert de instellingen van de machines en regelt bij waar nodig
  • Je neemt steekproeven naar gewichten en rendementen en rapporteert hiervoor aan de productieverantwoordelijke
  • Je doet basis herstellingen
  • Grote technische herstellingen worden uitgevoerd door de technische dienst. Dit is niet jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
