Je adviseert klanten over uiteenlopende oplossingen, zoals thuisbatterijen, warmtepompen, zonnepanelen, airconditioning en laadpalen. Je werkt in een commerciële omgeving waarin vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en resultaat centraal staan. Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen aanpak te bepalen en werkt tegelijkertijd gericht aan duidelijke doelstellingen. Met een uitgebreide product training en persoonlijke coaching ontwikkel je de kennis en vaardigheden om klanten op een professionele, transparante en deskundige manier te adviseren. Zo combineer je commercieel inzicht met een concrete bijdrage aan de verduurzaming van woningen. Wat je gaat doen: - bezoeken: je voert persoonlijke gesprekken met klanten op locatie om hun behoeften te begrijpen - offertes: je stelt duidelijke en overtuigende offertes op en sluit deals af - leads: je volgt warme leads op en benut kansen om je klantenbestand uit te breiden - advies: je geeft technisch advies aan klanten, ondersteund door de kennis die je tijdens de training hebt opgedaan - planning: je beheert je eigen agenda en bepaalt de aanpak die het beste bij jou past Wat we je bieden Bij ons krijg je niet alleen een uitdagende functie, maar ook de middelen en ondersteuning om te groeien in je carrière.
