Voor onze horecazaak Le Petit Belge in Maasmechelen Village zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren zaalverantwoordelijke.

Heb jij een passie voor hospitality? Hou je ervan om mensen in de watten te leggen? Wij zijn op zoek naar mensen met enthousiasme.

Le Petit Belge staat voor alle kleine dingen die België groot maken: Belgisch bier, de Belgische keuken én onze Belgische attitude. Le Petit Belge is een franchise opgericht in Limburg met internationale ambities. Behalve onze vestiging in Maasmechelen Village, zijn er ook 3 locaties in Dubai.

Jouw rol

Als zaalverantwoordelijke draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de dagelijkse werking van het restaurant en stuur je het zaalteam aan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het dragen van de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid voor de werking van de zaal
  • Openen en sluiten van het restaurant
  • Aansturen, motiveren en ondersteunen van het zaalteam
  • Mee instaan voor een vlotte service en een sterke totaalbeleving voor onze gasten
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen (dranken en non-food)
  • Beheren van de stock en controleren van leveringen
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, orde, netheid en hygiëne
  • Correct gebruiken en opvolgen van kassa en betalingen
  • Snel en professioneel inspelen op operationele uitdagingen tijdens drukke momenten
  • Rapporteren aan de zaakvoerder/ hoofdkantoor

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt relevante horeca-ervaring en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten en blijft kalm onder druk
  • Je bent flexible inzetbaar (weekends en feestdagen)
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, praktisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt
