Voor ons trendy en gekend restaurant Resto Clash in Brussegem zoeken wij een ervaren en gemotiveerde zaalverantwoordelijke.

Je staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en vlotte werking van de zaal. Je ontvangt onze gasten op een professionele en gastvrije manier, coördineert de bediening, verdeelt de taken binnen het zaalteam en zorgt ervoor dat elke service verzorgd en efficiënt verloopt.

Je neemt bestellingen op, adviseert gasten bij hun keuze van gerechten en dranken en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de bediening van ontvangst tot vertrek. Je werkt nauw samen met de keuken en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een goede communicatie en aangename werksfeer binnen het team.

We zoeken iemand met verantwoordelijkheidszin, uitstraling en leiderschap die ook zelf actief meewerkt tijdens de service.

Je bent gemotiveerd, verantwoordelijk en hebt een natuurlijke feeling voor gastvrijheid. Je kan zelfstandig werken, behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke services en neemt initiatief waar nodig.

Je kan collega’s op een positieve en respectvolle manier aansturen en werkt zelf actief mee in de zaal. Een verzorgd voorkomen, stiptheid, flexibiliteit en een professionele houding vinden wij belangrijk.

Ervaring in de horeca is een sterke troef, maar vooral de juiste mentaliteit, inzet en de wil om samen met het team verder te groeien zijn voor ons doorslaggevend.
