Voor ons administratieve team zoeken wij een zelfstandige en inhoudelijk sterke administrateur met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring. Wie zijn wij? Elysee is een boutique kantoor met uitdagende klanten in MKB+ bedrijven. Ons kantoor is allesbehalve traditioneel. Daarom voelen mensen zich hier snel thuis: - We werken met veel vrijheid en vertrouwen in een team van circa 20 collega's - Geen keiharde targets, maar tijd en aandacht voor je werk én elkaar - Korte lijnen, weinig lagen - Klantgericht, maar altijd met persoonlijke aandacht en realisme Onze collega's omschrijven de sfeer als informeel, betrokken en gezellig, met tegelijk focus op vakinhoud. Als zelfstandig administrateur - Je verwerkt de financiële administratie voor een diverse groep klanten - Je adviseert klanten proactief over het optimaliseren van hun financiële processen - Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten realtime inzicht hebben via digitale dashboards - Je stelt fiscale aangiften omzetbelasting op - Je stelt tussentijdse specificaties op ter voorbereiding op de jaarrekening - Je krijgt snel klantcontact en bouwt aan duurzame relaties Wie zoeken we?
