In dieser Funktion verantwortest du anspruchsvolle Fertigungsprozesse. Als Bindeglied zum Manufacturing Engineering stellst du sicher, dass hochkomplexe Luftfahrtkomponenten effizient, stabil und prozesssicher gefertigt werden.

º Eigenständiges Erstellen und Programmieren komplexer Werkstücke (z.B. händische Mehrkanal- Programmierung) º Sicheres und eigenständiges Einfahren von neuen Programmen (komplexe Mehrkanal-Programme) º Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen an den Maschinen sowie Einleitung und Kontrolle von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Optimierung von Schnittwerten, Standzeiten und Verringerung von Rüstzeiten) º Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle mit modernen Messmitteln º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Qualitätssicherung und Prozessentwicklung º Fertigung von Hochpräzisions-Bauteilen für die internationale Luftfahrtindustrie nach technischen Zeichnungen und Qualitätsvorgaben º Strategische Optimierung bestehender Programme zur maximalen Taktzeitreduktion (z. B. durch perfekte Achsüberschneidungen, Werkzeugwege-Optimierung und optimale Ausnutzung der Haupt-/Gegenspindel-Kinematik) º Direkter technologischer Ansprechpartner für das Manufacturing Engineering zur Abklärung der Herstellbarkeit neuer, hochkomplexer Luftfahrtkomponenten

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker, CNC-Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Fundierte Erfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung (Drehen) * Eigenständige Programmierung von Siemens Steuerungen * Begeisterung für automatisierte Fertigungsprozesse und moderne Produktionstechnologien * Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit * Lesen und verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen komplexer Bauteile
