Heb je ruimschootse vakkennis en ervaring in de bouw en zoek je een project als ZZP Nieuwbouw Timmerman? Wij zoeken op dit moment, voor één van de grootste gerenommeerde bouwbedrijven, een ZZP Nieuwbouw Timmerman. Een project waarbij er meer dan 100 appartementen worden gebouwd verdeeld over drie complexen voorzien van de laatste technische voorzieningen. Dat wordt jouw opdracht! Dit bestaat uit:

- Monteren van vloer- en dakconstructies; - De juiste maatvoering hanteren; - Verschillende stelwerkzaamheden uitvoeren zoals metselprofielen en kozijnen; - Plaatsen van raamwerken en kozijnen; - Het lezen van bouwtekeningen; - Tot slot: het uitvoeren van aftimmerwerk.

Daarnaast draag je technisch en inhoudelijk de verantwoordelijkheid over jou timmerwerkzaamheden en je bent pas tevreden als alles in perfecte staat is opgeleverd.

Ben jij een ZZP Nieuwbouw Timmerman? Voor een groot project in Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een specialist in nieuwbouw. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan komen wij graag met jou in contact. Als zzp'er beschik je over het volgende:

- In bezit van een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer; - Je hebt 3-5 jaar aantoonbare en relevante werkervaring; - Je hebt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel staan, dus je hebt jouw VCA (VOL); - Eigen werkkleding en gereedschap; - Correcte documentatie.
