Ben jij een ervaren bouwkundig werkvoorbereider en beschikbaar voor een nieuw project? Als ZZP Werkvoorbereider zorg je dat bouwprojecten technisch en organisatorisch goed worden voorbereid. Je houdt overzicht, stemt werkzaamheden af en zorgt dat de uitvoering beschikt over de juiste informatie, materialen en planning. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen projectleiding, uitvoering, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Afhankelijk van het project kun je worden ingezet binnen nieuwbouw, renovatie, onderhoud of verduurzaming. Wat ga je doen? Als ZZP Werkvoorbereider ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en coördinatie van jouw werkzaamheden. Je zorgt dat projecten goed voorbereid richting uitvoering gaan en signaleert knelpunten voordat deze de voortgang beïnvloeden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden van bouwprojecten. - Uitwerken en controleren van tekeningen, details en technische documentatie. - Opstellen, bijhouden en bewaken van planningen. - Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes. - Inkopen en bestellen van materialen en diensten. - Coördineren van leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met projectleiding en uitvoering. - Signaleren en oplossen van technische en organisatorische knelpunten. - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten. - Verzorgen van een complete en duidelijke overdracht richting uitvoering. - Bijhouden van projectadministratie en relevante documentatie. - Meedenken over praktische en efficiënte uitvoeringsoplossingen.
