1. 参与AIGC业务服务端系统的架构设计及核心代码编写，与团队协作推动平台架构的持续演进 2. 负责核心业务能力的构建，支持Web及移动端服务，解决复杂架构下的整体解决方案 3. 维护和升级现有软件产品和系统，参与基础服务建设以及微服务化部署，提升团队的开发效率 4. 引入创新技术和解决方案，运用创新思维解决问题，对现有或未来系统进行宏观规划，形成统一的框架、平台或组件

1. 本科及以上学历，具有知名互联网公司工作经验者优先 2. 扎实的服务端开发基础，优秀的数据结构和算法能力，精通Golang、Java、C++、Python中至少一种语言，解决问题能力出色 3. 理解I/O、多线程等基本概念，对操作系统原理有一定认识 4. 熟悉常用开源框架、组件及中间件，并了解其工作原理 5. 具备RPC原理的理解和实际使用经验，如Dubbo、gRPC、Thrift等 6. 了解不同存储系统的使用和设计，具备SQL、NoSQL、OSS等数据存储的使用经验 7. 能够独立完成单元测试和压力测试 8. 良好的设计和编码习惯，热爱编程和新技术，能产出高质量的设计和代码 9. 积极进取，具备良好的团队合作意识，坚韧的心理素质和强烈的责任心；愿意通过持续学习提升自我，勇于承担责任，执行力强，乐于分享
