岗位职责： 1、负责海外市场的用户增长（拉新、留存、转化），基于市场洞察和数据分析进行策略设计并落地，服务于用户规模、活跃、营收； 2、洞察用户生命周期，建立用户分层，基于场景化及资源进行策略调整提升整体活跃度，建立完整用户体系； 3、熟悉增长策略、及路径手段，跟踪并分析用户转化全路径，制定增长方案和策略，提升用户规模、活跃度及商业价值，找出增长关键路径； 4、通过市场研究和数据分析，制定合理的激励和投放标准，优化运营能力和经营效率； 5、和上下游团队等紧密合作，推动方案和产品的产出及落地，并数据验证产品有效性，持续迭代。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，3年以上用户增长、营销产品、数分经验，有内容社区/社交产品经验优先； 2、对产品策略、海外主要社媒平台流量规则、用户活跃度、用户留存、营收付费或创新玩法有独特的见解； 3、对新事物保持强烈的好奇心，有独到的创新想法，具备良好的商业敏感度和用户同理心； 4、英文可作为工作语言、有海外生活或工作经验加分； 5、有计算机或AI相关背景优先。 6、快速适应变化，可以接受境外出差优先。
