1. 负责公司大模型的研发和应用，推动相关技术落地到公司产品，包括但不限于文本生成，视频生成以及多模态生成等 2. 探索基于多模态信息的Prompt Learning、内容生成技术，跟进AIGC领域前沿进展 3. 与工程、产品团队深度合作，落地成熟的AIGC算法，提供极致的用户体验

1. 在NLP领域有较深入的研究，包括但不限于模型预训练(文本、多模态)、LLM/ChatGPT、文本判别/抽取/生成等 2. 熟练掌握Python，熟悉至少一种主流机器学习框架(PyTorch/TensorFlow) 3. 熟悉常用的机器学习和深度学习算法，熟悉基本的网络模型结构(DNN/LSTM/CNN/Transformer等)和文本表征方法(Word2Vec/ELMo/GPT/BERT/BLOOM等)，在文本分类、情感分析、语法分析、机器翻译、人机对话等方面有经验者优先 4. 有强烈的工作责任心，良好的团队合作精神，较好的学习能力、沟通能力和自驱力 5. 有良好的工作文档习惯，及时按要求撰写更新工作流程及技术文档"
