负责基于FFmpeg的视频处理、合成、转码等相关开发与优化工作； 设计并实现高效的视频合成方案，将大量视频片段自动化合并成长视频； 负责FFmpeg在服务器端的部署、配置、性能调优及维护，确保大规模并发处理任务的稳定性和高效性； 编写自动化脚本或工具，实现视频处理流程的自动化、批量化； 解决视频处理过程中出现的各种技术问题，优化处理速度和资源占用； 与产品、前端、运维等团队协作，推动视频处理相关项目的落地和优化。

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业优先； 精通FFmpeg命令行及其API，熟悉视频编解码、格式转换、音视频合成等相关技术； 有在Linux服务器环境下部署、配置、优化FFmpeg的实际经验，能独立完成大规模视频处理任务； 熟练掌握至少一种脚本语言（如Python、Shell等），能编写自动化处理脚本； 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能应对高并发、大数据量的视频处理场景； 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强，工作细致； 有大规模视频合成、转码、分发等相关项目经验者优先。

加分项： 有分布式视频处理、云端视频处理平台开发经验； 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化部署技术； 了解主流云服务（如火山引擎、阿里云、腾讯云、AWS等）的视频处理相关产品和API； 有音视频开发相关开源项目经验。
