Ces derniers sont répartis entre notre centre de service sur Marcq-en-Baroeul et en assistance technique chez nos clients de la Métropole Lilloise.

Description du poste

Pour accompagner la transformation digitale d'un groupe leader international basé dans la métropole lilloise, nous renforçons nos équipes Product Management. Vous intégrez l'équipe en charge des Services Réseaux Centralisés & Sécurité pour piloter et faire évoluer les produits réseaux ainsi que leurs outils de gestion automatisée.

Votre périmètre couvre deux piliers stratégiques :

  1. L'Infrastructure Réseau Core : Firewalls centralisés, Proxy centralisés, LAN centralisé, Load Balancers et GSLB.
  2. Le Produit Applicatif (Dev) : Une application interne d'automatisation (Firewall Policy Manager) permettant aux utilisateurs de gérer leurs demandes d'ouvertures de flux.

Vos missions au quotidien :

  • Vision & Roadmap : Définir et porter la trajectoire de vos produits (infrastructures et applicatifs) à court, moyen et long terme, en alignement direct avec les enjeux des Business Units (BUs).
  • User Discovery : Mener des entretiens réguliers (User Interviews) avec les ingénieurs et les BUs pour qualifier les points de friction (notamment sur l'outil de gestion des flux) et valider les hypothèses de valeur.
  • Pilotage par la Data (KPIs) : Identifier les métriques clés (ex: temps de traitement d'une ouverture de flux, taux d'adoption du self-service). Prioriser par la valeur (RICE, ROI) en vous appuyant sur des données chiffrées.
  • Adoption Produit & GTM : Définir et exécuter la stratégie de Go-to-Market interne. Assurer la communication, le marketing produit et la formation pour garantir une adoption massive par les équipes Dev et Ops.
  • Gestion des Parties Prenantes : Aligner les différentes strates de l'organisation internationale. Traduire des enjeux d'infrastructure complexes en bénéfices utilisateurs clairs.

Qualifications

Product Owner ou Product Manager confirmé(e) (Bac+5 école d'ingénieur/université ou expérience équivalente), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie sur des produits d'infrastructure réseau ou de sécurité dans un environnement complexe et international :

  • Compétences techniques clés : Solide compréhension des concepts réseaux et sécurité (Firewall, Proxy, LAN, Load Balancing, gestion de flux), des environnements Cloud/On-Premise, de la phase de Testing et de l'outillage Agile (Jira).
  • Culture Produit & User Discovery : Maîtrise des techniques d'entretiens utilisateurs, de priorisation par la valeur et de pilotage par la donnée.
  • Langues : Anglais professionnel courant / fluide impératif (animation d'ateliers, présentations de roadmap et échanges quotidiens avec des interlocuteurs internationaux).
  • Savoir-être : Mindset centré utilisateur, autonomie, strong leadership d'influence et capacité à challenger les besoins de manière constructive.
  • Modalités : Poste basé dans la métropole lilloise avec présence requise 2 jours par semaine sur site.
