Description du poste

En tant que Business Manager IT, vous occuperez une place centrale dans notre organisation. Véritable moteur du développement de votre activité, vous interviendrez autour de 4 grands enjeux :

🚀 Développement commercial

Vous développerez votre propre portefeuille clients en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités business. Prospection, compréhension des besoins, construction des propositions commerciales, négociation et suivi des contrats rythmeront votre quotidien.

🤝 Gestion et fidélisation de vos clients

Vous construirez des relations durables avec vos clients et deviendrez leur interlocuteur privilégié. Votre objectif : comprendre leurs enjeux, anticiper leurs besoins et développer votre activité dans une logique de partenariat à long terme.

👥 Recrutement et management de vos consultants

En étroite collaboration avec notre équipe recrutement, vous participerez à l’identification et au recrutement des talents qui rejoindront vos projets.

Vous accompagnerez ensuite vos consultants tout au long de leur parcours : intégration, suivi de mission, développement des compétences et évolution professionnelle.

Et parce qu’aucune journée ne se ressemble dans le métier de Business Manager, vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique, entrepreneurial et résolument tourné vers le collectif.

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 spécialisé dans le commerce
  • Des premières expériences en ESN réussies
  • Une personne qui souhaite se dépasser : Relever des challenges vous motive ?
  • Une vrai appétence pour l'IT
