教育背景与经验： •生物学、生物化学、分子生物学、药理学或相关生命科学领域的硕士或博士学位，博士学位优先。 •8年以上在生物医药研发企业或知名CRO的研发实验室工作经验，其中至少5年担任实验室管理、运营管理或同等领导职位。 •拥有直接管理和培训技术人员团队的成功经验。 专业知识与技能： •技术广度： 对新药研发全流程有深入理解，熟悉以下一个或多个关键领域的技术和平台： •大小分子药物发现： 熟悉小分子和抗体类药物的早期发现和筛选流程。 •蛋白质科学： 具备重组蛋白表达（原核/哺乳动物细胞）、纯化（亲和、离子、分子筛等）和质量分析的丰富经验。 •生物物理与生物化学： 精通SPR/BLI、ELISA、Western Blot、酶学动力学分析等检测方法的原理和应用。 •细胞生物学： 熟悉各类细胞功能性检测（如报告基因、增殖、凋亡、细胞因子释放等）、流式细胞术等。 •药理药效与转化医学： 对体内外药理药效（Pharmacology）、作用机制（MoA）和转化研究有深刻理解。 •解决问题能力： 具备出色的实验问题分析和解决（Troubleshooting）能力，能指导团队攻克技术难题。 核心能力： •领导力： 卓越的领导力和团队管理能力，善于激励和发展团队成员。 •沟通能力： 出色的中英文沟通、协调和人际交往能力，能够与不同背景的科学家和职能部门高效协作。 •组织规划能力： 极强的计划、组织和多任务处理能力，能在快节奏、多项目的环境中保持高效。
