1. 有机化学，药物化学或相关专业博士，5年以上相关研究或工作经历。 2. 丰富的小分子药物合成开发能力，熟练掌握小分子设计，合成，能高效的分析和解决问题，指导内部人员和外部合作伙伴快速完成项目目标； 3. 和CRO有2年以上合作管理经验为佳，精通的小分子设计为佳。 4. 工作主动敬业，踏实认真，责任心强，具有很好的创新和抗压能力； 5. 具有优秀的沟通和执行能力，良好的团队管理和协作精神。
