工作职责： 1. 抗体功能活性评估实验： o 进行蛋白水平的结合活性测定 (如ELISA, BLI等)。 o 进行细胞水平的结合活性测定 (FACS)。 o 进行细胞功能学实验，包括：  原代T细胞/PBMC介导的细胞杀伤 (如针对肿瘤细胞)。  抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞杀伤 (ADCC)。  细胞因子释放综合征 (CRS) 相关体外模型评估。  T细胞增殖与活化实验 (活化标志物检测)。  Luciferase报告基因系统开发（如NF-κB/STAT通路激活检测） 2. 熟练操作关键仪器设备： o 独立操作酶标仪进行各种比色、荧光和化学发光检测。 o 熟练操作流式细胞仪（≥5色分析）进行细胞表型分析和功能检测。 o 操作并维护表面等离子共振仪 (Biacore / SPR) 进行动力学结合分析 (如kon, koff, KD)。 3. 技能加分项： o 具备抗体表达 (如哺乳动物细胞瞬时/稳定转染) 和纯化 (如Protein A, 各种层析技术) 经验者优先考虑。 o 了解抗体工程基础知识。 4. 数据分析与报告： o 准确记录实验过程、参数和原始数据。 o 运用专业软件 (如GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, Biacore Evaluation Software等) 进行数据分析、统计和图表制作。 o 清晰撰写实验报告，及时向项目负责人和团队汇报实验结果。 5. 实验室维护： o 负责相关实验区域和仪器的日常维护、清洁与校准。 o 管理实验耗材和试剂的库存。 6. 团队协作： o 与团队内科学家及其他实验员紧密合作，共同推进项目进展。 o 强烈的责任心、敬业精神和团队合作意识。 o 优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。 o 积极主动，学习能力强，能够在快节奏的研发环境中高效工作。 o 注重细节，追求实验结果的准确性和可重复性。
