实验设计与执行： 1、熟悉单抗、双抗、抗体融合蛋白或者小分子抑制剂、PROTAC、分子胶候选药物的筛选评价流程，负责药物早期的蛋白水平和细胞水平的筛选和机制研究完成项目负责人交代的，大小分子早期发现的体外功能筛选实验工作，设计科学合理的实验方案。 2、完成关键节点的实验操作，包括但不限于：细胞培养与维持、体外免疫细胞功能实验、流式细胞术、ELISA、报告基因检测等。 3、分析、解读并整合实验数据，将实验结果转化为清晰的项目建议。 项目管理与推进（核心职责）： 1、参与管理多个早期研发项目，协助制定详细的项目计划、里程碑和时间表，确保项目按计划推进。 2、作为项目联络人，协调内部各部门以及与外部供应商、CRO公司之间的沟通，确保实验结果的高质量交付。

1、本科及以上学历。 2、专业要求：生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学、生物化学与分子生物学、生物工程等相关专业。 3、具有 3年以上（本科）或 2年以上（硕士）相关研发经验，具有大分子药物研发经验优先。熟悉抗体大分子药物早期发现流程。 4、具备优秀的协调沟通能力，能够与内外部高效沟通并解决项目执行中的问题。 5、具备良好的实验设计能力和 troubleshoot（排除故障）能力。 6、逻辑清晰： 能够合理设计实验方案，从复杂的数据中提炼出核心结论。 7、自驱力强： 善于主动发现项目中的问题并提出解决方案。
