Job Description :

Pour nous accompagner dans notre développement, nous recherchons, à compter du 4 janvier 2027, pour notre site de Paris La Défense, un(e) stagiaire Assistant(e) Développement Commercial Export – pour 6 mois.

Au sein de la Direction Générale des marchés, vous serez rattaché·e à une Responsable Export pour participer au développement de l’activité commerciale à l’Export sur les 2 activités Rhumatologie et Dermo-cosmétique (pays EU et hors Europe).

Pour le compte des marques Mustela® (dermo-cosmétique) et Piasclédine300® (rhumatologie), vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Gestion des distributeurs existants

  • Soutien dans l’analyse et le suivi des indicateurs de performance par pays (sell-in, marges, sell-out, stock, business reviews, parts de marchés…)
  • Participation à l’élaboration de la stratégie annuelle par pays : catalogue et tarifs, budget pays, conditions commerciales des contrats, commande de GWPs, identification d’opportunités de développement
  • Suivi et analyse des outils financiers (P&L) dans l’objectif de la préparation des exercices d’estimé, de budget et d’atterrissage
  • Liaison avec les équipes opérationnelles pour s’assurer de la bonne coordination des initiatives en cours : supply, réglementaire, contrôle de gestion, …
  • Veilles commerciales sur les différents marchés

Recherche de nouveaux distributeurs

  • Prospection de nouveaux distributeurs dans certains marchés pour développer le chiffre d’affaires de la zone
  • Soutien dans la proposition de business plan et la négociation des conditions commerciales avec les potentiels partenaires

Participation aux temps forts et projets transverses de la Direction

  • Participation à l'élaboration du plan de ventes à 3 ans dans le cadre du processus S&OP, en consolidant les prévisions, en identifiant les opportunités et en contribuant à l'alignement des objectifs commerciaux
  • Appui dans l’organisation et la préparation des séminaires de région annuels avec l’ensemble des partenaires
  • Préparation de présentations et comptes-rendus lors de réunions stratégiques

Profile Description :

De formation supérieure Bac+4/5 en école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire, avec de préférence une spécialisation en commerce international, vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage dans le cadre de vos études.

  • Vous connaissez idéalement le marché de la dermo-cosmétique et/ou de la pharmacie
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en entreprise
  • Enthousiaste, rigoureux·se, organisé·e, vous avez un esprit d’équipe et le sens du business
  • Vous êtes à l’aise en communication interculturelle écrite et orale, êtes flexible, avec une bonne capacité d’adaptation
  • Vous avez des compétences en gestion de projet et en analyse de données chiffrées
  • La maitrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit courant est obligatoire
  • Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
