Job Description

Descrição do trabalho

Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista de MarTech para cuidar da operação do nosso ecossistema de tecnologia de marketing, com foco no stack Adobe Experience Cloud. Essa pessoa será responsável por conectar dados, conteúdo e personalização para entregar experiências relevantes em todos os pontos de contato com o cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar e evoluir o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) para gestão de conteúdo e experiências digitais
  • Configurar e otimizar o Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), garantindo unificação e ativação de dados de audiência
  • Gerenciar tags, datastreams e implementações via Adobe Data Collection (antiga Launch)
  • Analisar dados de comportamento e performance no Adobe Analytics, gerando insights para decisões de negócio
  • Desenhar e executar testes A/B, personalização e experimentação com Adobe Target
  • Garantir a integridade, governança e conformidade dos dados de marketing (LGPD/privacidade)
  • Atuar como ponte entre times de marketing, dados, produto e engenharia
  • Documentar processos, arquiteturas de dados e boas práticas do stack martech
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e otimização de jornadas do cliente

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida em MarTech, com domínio prático do Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Vivência prática com AEM, RT-CDP, Data Collection, Analytics e Target
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de dados de marketing, tracking e taxonomias de eventos
  • Capacidade analítica para transformar dados em recomendações estratégicas
  • Experiência com integrações entre plataformas (CDP, CRM, DMP, etc.)
  • Boa comunicação para dialogar com áreas técnicas e de negócio
  • Desejável: certificações Adobe (AEM, Analytics, Target ou CDP)
