Job Description

  • Consolidar informações financeiras, garantindo a qualidade, consistência e acuracidade dos dados.
  • Conduzir o ciclo completo de reporte FP&A, incluindo Budget, Forecast, Longo Prazo e fechamento mensal.
  • Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automações, dashboards e evolução de ferramentas de planejamento financeiro e performance, utilizando tecnologias de analytics e inteligência artificial para ganho de eficiência.
  • Elaborar análises de variação (Real vs. Budget vs. Forecast), identificando tendências, riscos e oportunidades e propondo planos de ação.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas para identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos, eficiência operacional e geração de valor.
  • Elaborar apresentações executivas e traduzir análises complexas em recomendações claras para diferentes stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em Hyperion será considerado diferencial;
  • Perfil analítico, proativo, organizado, boa comunicação e relacionamento com múltiplos stakeholders;
  • Interesse ou experiência na aplicação de Inteligência Artificial para automação;
  • Experiência com automação de processos financeiros (Power Query, Power Automate ou ferramentas similares);
  • Experiência em FP&A e Excel avançado são essenciais;
