Sobre a posição

Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Desenvolvimento para liderar squads de engenharia, combinando profundidade técnica com forte capacidade de gestão de pessoas. O(a) profissional será responsável por garantir a entrega de soluções escaláveis e robustas, ao mesmo tempo em que desenvolve talentos, promove a visão de produto e cliente, e atua como elo entre as áreas de negócio e tecnologia.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar e desenvolver times de desenvolvimento, promovendo cultura de alta performance, colaboração e aprendizado contínuo;
  • Definir e acompanhar planos de carreira, feedbacks e avaliações de desempenho dos times;
  • Garantir qualidade técnica, boas práticas de arquitetura e padrões de engenharia nas entregas;
  • Atuar como referência técnica, apoiando decisões de arquitetura e revisão de soluções complexas;
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio e de clientes em roadmap técnico, priorizando entregas com visão de produto;
  • Gerenciar conflitos técnicos e interpessoais, promovendo resolução construtiva de problemas;
  • Garantir comunicação clara e transparente com stakeholders, áreas de negócio e liderança;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade, performance, disponibilidade e observabilidade das aplicações;
  • Promover a evolução contínua de processos de CI/CD, testes automatizados e práticas de engenharia.

Requisitos Experiência e perfil

  • Experiência técnica sólida em desenvolvimento de software, com vivência prévia em posições de liderança técnica ou gestão de times de engenharia;
  • Experiência em gestão de pessoas (avaliação de desempenho, desenvolvimento de carreira, feedback e formação de equipes);
  • Visão de produto e de cliente, com capacidade de priorizar entregas com foco em valor de negócio;
  • Excelente comunicação, com habilidade para transitar entre discussões técnicas e conversas com áreas de negócio e liderança;
  • Forte capacidade de resolução de problemas e mediação de conflitos.

Habilidades técnicas

  • Domínio em Java 17+, com Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch) e arquitetura de microsserviços (API REST e GraphQL);
  • Experiência com testes unitários (JUnit, Mockito etc.);
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;
  • Experiência com microsserviços conteinerizados (Docker) e orquestrados (Kubernetes);
  • Experiência com instrumentação e observabilidade de aplicações (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana etc.);
  • Conhecimento de modelos e padrões de arquitetura de software: DDD, BDD, Microfrontends, Design Patterns, SOLID, Service Mesh e Enterprise Integration Patterns;
  • Experiência prática com soluções em nuvem, especialmente AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, EMR, SQS etc.);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de mensageria e eventos, como RabbitMQ e Kafka;
  • Experiência em pipelines de CI/CD, particularmente com Jenkins.
