Deine Aufgaben:

  • Taktischer und Strategischer Einkauf von Baustoffen sowie Baustellenbelieferungen
  • Vielfältige Aufgaben im Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagement sowie im Vergabeprozess
  • Unterstützung im und Mitarbeit im Aufbau von BIM- Strukturen
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen und Lieferscheinen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines digitalen Bestellsystems auf Basis der Bauzeitenpläne
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Projektmanagement und externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Wirtschaftlichkeit

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL / Baustoffhandel, Bauingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise aus der Bauwirtschaft
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches, kostenbewusstes Denken verbunden mit gesundem Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • gute Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vertragsrecht und der VOB/B sowie ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gern auch Polnisch
  • Verständnis für 2D/3D/BIM und Interesse an modellbasiertem Arbeiten, Affinität zu digitalen Tools
  • Erfahrung mit Mengen- und Kalkulationsprogrammen wie RIB itwo– RIB 4.0 ist ein Plus
